The death of a 17 year old girl who was killed in a Dennis boat crash last month is now a criminal investigation.
The Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office says they are now looking into the crash which killed Sadie Mauro, who was considered a soon-to-be star at Dover Sherborn High School and injured another person.
Officials say there were six people on board the boat when it hit a jetty near Cold Storage Beach July 21.
The D-A has not talked about timetables for their probe.
