Cape Cod stands to benefit greatly from the state's record 56-billion-dollar budget proposal now sitting on Governor Healey's desk.
If she signs it, millions in direct education aid will be on the way.
Bourne slated to receive five-and-a-half-million-dollars, Sandwich will get seven-and-a-half-million and Barnstable is in line for 25-million.
More than five-million-bucks in unrestricted state aid will be set aside for the Cape and nearly six million will help ferry services.
The spending plan also includes millions to help with early childhood care and transit projects.
