A controversial proposed clam shack on Nantucket is moving forward.
Construction of the Straight Wharf Fish Market was halted earlier this summer after San Francisco Giants owner Charles Johnson and others filed suit, claiming the restaurant would negatively impact their seasonal homes.
The Inquirer and Mirror reports the Nantucket Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously voted to uphold a building permit for the proposed business.
