A tragedy on The Cape.
Police say a 94 year old man drowned late Wednesday afternoon.
Police called to the area of Port Way and Starboard Way in Dennis.
The District Attorney says the victim is William Leavitt of West Dennis.
His body was recovered and pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is continuing, although officials do not believe there was foul play.
