Dr. Greg Skomal, of the Massachusetts Division of Marine FisherieS says if you stay close to shore, don't go out to deep and stay alert you should be able to enjoy your time in the water.
A Nantucket beach was shut down earlier this week after a Great White was spotted attacking a seal. hotspots for the sharks are off Chatham, Truro and Wellfleet.
