A man is facing charges after a standoff on the Outer Cape.
A regional SWAT team reportedly extricated Ralph Gilmore from a home in Eastham on Monday afternoon.
Gilmore allegedly went to a house he was forbidden from visiting under a protective order on Massasoit Road and threatened to kill someone.
The Eastham Police Department says the suspect was up in the attic and was bitten by a police K-9 before he was arrested.
He is being held without bail pending his arraignment later today.
