Word from the Cape Cod District Attorney's office that a 40 year old man has been arrested for the armed robbery of a bank in Falmouth in April of this year.
The suspect has been identified as Petar Petoyshin and according to a statement by the D-A was wearing a wig and a mask and made at least one reference to a possible explosive device that he had in his possession.
A Bank Robbery Task Force made up of state, local and federal officials then arrested Petar Petoyshin at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. He was arrested without incident.
As part of the investigation police then searched his home where they were looking for weapons or explosives.
Petoyshin's arraignment has not been scheduled yet.
