The Martha's Vineyard Times reports a federal judge is setting a trial date for three men charged in the November 2022 robbery at the Rockland Trust Bank in Tisbury.
Andre Clayton, Tevin Porter, and Miquel Anthonio Jones have been scheduled to stand trial on December 4th.
The Times reports the fourth defendant in the case, Omar Johnson, agreed to plead guilty last week to conspiracy to commit armed bank robbery, armed bank robbery, and aiding and abetting.
