Hingham Man Pleads Not Guilty In Fatal "Apple" Crash

The driver of an SUV that smashed into the Apple Store in Hingham and killed a man and injured 22 others last November was arraigned on Monday.

Bradley Rein of Hingham is charged with second degree murder and other offenses for the crash at the Derby Street Shops.

He pleaded not guilty to all charges in Brockton Superior Court, and is free on one-hundred-thousand-dollars' bail.

Rein told police that his foot became stuck on the gas pedal and that he tried to brake, but prosecutors say the brake pedal was not pushed.
