The man accused of causing a fatal crash at the Hingham Apple Store is due in court on today.

Bradley Rein of Hingham is charged with second-degree murder, motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation and numerous other offenses.

Prosecutors say Rein was driving an SUV over 50 miles per hour that went over a curb at the Derby Street Shops and smashed through the window of the Apple Store last November.

Kevin Bradley of Wayne, New Jersey, who was a construction contractor at the business, was killed in the crash. Twenty-two other people were injured.
