A member of the Falmouth Commission on Disabilities has been arraigned on a criminal complaint. The Enterprise reports the Town of Falmouth filed an harassment complaint against Dianna Mota, who had just been appointed to the commission on May 23rd. It's alleged that Mota communicated with the Select Board in an angry and hostile manner through email and phone calls. Mota's next court appearance is set for August.
