The Cape Cod Man arrested for allegedly threatening to commit a school shooting was arraigned yesterday in Barnstable District Court. 29-year old Justin Moreira of Hyannis has been ordered held on $100,000 cash bail as he awaits a probable cause hearing on June 27th. Moreira was arrested at his home on Saturday after making the treat on Facebook. According to court documents, Moreira has a criminal history including drug possession and illegal firearms charges..
