One person pulled from car in water on the upper Cape.Â
NBC Boston reports a car plunged into the water in Bourne on Monday night.Â
Police were called to Barlows Landing Beach and found the vehicle submerged at a boat ramp at around 11 p.m.Â
A 32-year-old man who was inside was reportedly able to escape the car on his own and he was helped out by police.Â
A dive team determined there was no one else inside.Â
The crash is under investigation.
