An article created by the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce up for vote at the annual town meeting looks to expand the availability of seasonal workforce housing in hotels and motels.
The town’s zoning laws currently only allow a hotel or motel to use up to 15% of their rooms to house their own seasonal employees.
The article looks to expand that to all seasonal employees from all businesses in town.
