Two Arraigned In Barnstable District Court On Stabbing Charges

Two people are facing charges for a stabbing in Hyannis. 

The Cape and Islands District Attorney's office has filed a count of armed assault to murder against Kenneth Chisholm of Mashpee. 

Chisholm was arraigned in Barnstable District Court on Monday and is being held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing. 

Joseph France of Hyannis is charged with accessory after the fact for the stabbing in the area of Old Colony Road and Main Street overnight Saturday. 

The Boston Globe reports the victim remains in critical hospital care, according to the Barnstable Police Department.
