Boaters are being warned to steer clear of four pairs of North Atlantic Right Whale mothers and their calves spotted in Cape Cod Bay.
Boats and aircraft are prohibited from approaching within 500 feet of the critically endangered species.
Vessel speeds must be ten knots or less until April 30th, and that date could be extended if sightings continue.
There's an estimated 336 North Atlantic Right Whales left.
