Provincetown Passes Anti-Transgender Legislation

The Provincetown Board of Health has voted unanimously to adopt a resolution expressing the Board’s unequivocal opposition to “anti-transgender and anti-child legislation” related to the medical care.

It goes on to further oppose criminalizing the participation of transgender children in youth sports, among other measures.

They say legislation sought in various states targets transgender children and their access to healthcare.

The Board will discuss the resolution at its next meeting.
