The new Woods Hole Steamship facility is nearing completion on the marine side, according to a report in the Vineyard Gazette.
The new waterside part of the project is wrapping up about $5.5-million over budget at $60-million.
Much of the overage is due to change orders, according to the contactor.
The passenger terminal and ticket office area not under construction yet.
The designs are about 90% complete according to steamship officials.
