The Sandwich School Committee is facing a complaint about the open meeting law from a member of the Town's Finance Committee.
Nancy Crossman, who formerly served on the school board, filed the complaint with the state last month.
It alleges the school board inappropriately filled seats on a superintendent search committee with a secret vote after deliberating in private.
Crossman wants the school committee to be forced to re-do the vote publicly.
