Work on the Barnstable sewer expansion project is resulting in road closures starting today.
Officials say West Main Street will be shut down between Strawberry Hill road and Pleasant Park Avenue from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until March.
A section of Craigville Beach Toad will also be closed for the project.
Motorists are being urged to consider alternate routes if possible.
