Governor Baker Deploys DOT Crews For Snowfall

Governor Charlie Baker says the state Department of Transportation has enough staff to handle the snow expected today.

Baker is urging people to stay off the roads if possible to allow dot crews to clear and treat the pavement.

The Governor is also recommending that employers be flexible, and that those who must commute use mass transit.

The DoT plans to deploy over 25-hundred pieces of equipment to address the storm.
