A Mashpee man is accused of stealing a car inside an auto shop in Dennis and crashing it through a closed garage door.
Reports indicate Joshua LaFrange went to town auto repair shop in Dennis Port on Tuesday and told workers he was being followed and threatened.
The shop owner went to call police when LaFrange allegedly got in a customer's car and sped out, surveillance video showing that he hit the owner but avoided seriously injuring him.
LaFrange was later arrested in Harwich.
