The founder of Cape Air is stepping down as CEO at the end of the year.
Dan Wolf started the company in 1989, with just one route between Provincetown and Boston.
Cape Air now flies to 38 cities in the United States and the Caribbean.
Leadership of the airline is being handed over to current President Linda Markham, who will become the only woman to serve as a CEO of a major or regional airline in the country.
