An upper-Cape man is being sentenced to ten months in the Barnstable County jail for distribution of obscene material.
The Enterprise reports 30-year-old Scott Soares of Mashpee was sentenced for distribution of "Revenge Porn" featuring his ex-girlfriend.
The victim told authorities she was underage in one of the images.
