Edgartown Shellfish Constable Steps Down

Longtime Edgartown Shellfish Constable Paul Bagnall is stepping down. 

Bagnall put in 30 years of service. 

He told the Select Board on Monday he would like to finish out the rest of 2021. 

Bagnall was involved in a dispute with a neighbor last year and was charged with defacing property. 

The charge was dropped after a restitution agreement was reached.
