New developments in the battle over constructing a proposed machine gun on Joint Base Cape Cod.
The Association to Preserve Cape Cod has obtained emails from Joint Base Executive Director Brigadier General Christopher Faux expressing concern that an environmental impact study would bring the project to a halt.
In emails sent in March to members of Congressman Bill Keating’s staff, Faux also characterized opponents of the range as “Cape Cod Democratic Socialists,” and “The Vocal Minority.”
The APCC says the emails show Faux’s political bias.
