Someone purchased a Powerball ticket which was a half-million-dollar winner on Cape Cod last year, but never cashed it in.
The Massachusetts lottery says the ticket will expire on Thursday, one year after it was bought at the Mobil gas station on Route 134 in South Dennis.
The winning numbers were: 13, 23, 47, 55 and 58, with a Powerball number of 23.
If the ticket goes unclaimed, the prize money goes back into the general fund.
