Osterville Man Sentenced In Heroin Trafficking Case

A Cape Cod man has been sentenced in connection to a heroin-trafficking case.

The Justice Department says Eric Brando of Osterville received a five-and-a-half-year sentence on Monday.

The DOJ says Brando is the first of eight defendants to be sentenced in connection to an investigation which started in 2019.

Brando was identified as a trafficker who was involved in distributing large quantities of the drug throughout the Cape and Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
