Steamship Authority General Manager Bob Davis was praised by the Authority’s Board of Governors during a recent performance review.
The Board cited Davis’s handling of the challenges of the pandemic as one of the main reasons for its enthusiastic endorsement of his job performance.
Davis received scores of 90 and above from all five board members, with one giving him a 100 out of 100.
Davis became Steamship Authority General Manager in 2016 after the departure of former manager Wayne Lamson; Davis has also served as Treasurer, Chief Auditor and Comptroller at the Authority.
