There is a new type of Covid-19 treatment available on Cape Cod.
A temporary mobile unit in the parking lot of Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis is offering the monoclonal antibody therapy for free.
The intravenous infusion treatment, which was granted emergency-use authorization by the FDA, is for people who have tested positive and are considered high-risk for severe complications.
Cape Cod Healthcare says it is highly-effective.
