The Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office says a Falmouth man was arraigned on Wednesday for a murder last month.
Cleber Mariano Jr. Faces charges including Strangulation for the death of Danielle Taylor at the Capewind Waterfront Resort in Falmouth on February 8th.
The DA's office says the two had been in a previous dating relationship.
Mariano was ordered held without bail at the arraignment in Falmouth District Court, with a probable cause hearing scheduled for May 10th.
