NOAA fisheries says a North Atlantic Right Whale seen entangled in fishing gear near Nantucket last October has been found dead.
The adult whale was discovered off the coast of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina over the weekend.
NOAA fisheries says the number of endangered right whales which have died since 2017 has increased to 34.
