MassDOT is preparing to replace the railroad tracks on Route 28 in Hyannis in the area of the Airport Rotary beginning Monday.
As the work goes on, the road will be closed in that area and motorists are advised to expect delays and detours if traveling around the work zone.
Roads will be open to local traffic and access to business will be maintained.
The closures will be in effect until Monday, March 22nd.
