A driver suffered significant injuries after a crash in Mashpee overnight Sunday.
Police say the 27-year-old East Falmouth man was ejected in the single-vehicle crash into a utility pole on Great Neck Road North and was airlifted to Rhode Island Hospital.
Several other traffic incidents on the cape this weekend did created traffic tie ups, a three-car crash on route 132 in Hyannis on Saturday afternoon delayed traffic, as did a car fire in the median of Route 28 in Bourne.
