Bourne Planning Board Chairman Files Open Meeting Law Complaint

The Bourne Planning Board chairman is filing an open meeting law complaint against a member of his own board.

The Enterprise reports Steven Strojny filed the notice against Elmer Clegg alleging multiple violations of the state's open meeting law through emails sent by Clegg to the rest of the board.

Strojny said the Attorney General's Office needs to intervene and sanction Clegg, who said he never intentionally committed any violations.
