Vaccinated Martha's Vineyard Hospital Employees Test Positive For Virus

Multiple employees at Martha's Vineyard Hospital who have been partially or fully vaccinated against COVID-19 have tested positive for the virus.

Officials at the Oak Bluffs hospital said Friday three of the employees are believed to have gotten the virus from a patient who had been admitted for a routine appointment.

The other two employees were believed to have contracted the virus through community spread.

MV Hospital officials said four of the employees got a secondary dose of the vaccine.

It wasn't indicated in news reports which company's vaccine this was.
