All of southern New England -- except the Cape and Islands -- is under a winter storm warning from the National Weather Service today.
However, the Cape and Islands is under a high wind warning.
The weather service still says a half-foot of snow or more could fall on the Upper Cape.
Two-to-three inches is predicted for Hyannis.
