Massachusetts Looking To Increase Vaccination Sites

Massachusetts is increasing Coronavirus vaccine distribution. The plan is to have 165 sites by the middle of February.

Governor Baker says the goal is 300,000 vaccines a week.

The state has now announced seven total mass vaccination sites, but none on Cape Cod.

Barnstable County officials have said to expect several regional vaccination clinics on the Cape and at least one state-operated site.

COVID-19 vaccines can be received right now on Cape Cod for those who are eligible at Walgreen's in Hyannis and Mashpee and CVS in South Yarmouth.

The state is set to begin priority phase two of the vaccine rollout next week.
