Governor Baker Extends Capacity Restrictions For Businesses

Governor Charlie Baker is extending the capacity restrictions on many industries in Massachusetts for an additional two weeks. 

Baker says the 25% capacity limits for most businesses now runs through at least January 24th. 

Baker says acute care beds at state hospitals rose from 67% occupied before Thanksgiving to 83% in the middle of December. 

He says only one percentage point has been recovered since the peak.
