The Barnstable Town Council has approved short term rental changes in town.
Among them --- owners can have no more than 2 properties listed with Air B n B and the like.
It requires individual rentals of at least three days or more and requires that the registration fees for the properties be increased.
The changes made because some residents feared that property values would be adversely affected.
