Ocean State Job Lots is giving local teachers a boost.
They are offering Educator Discount Week at all of its stores August 20th through the 26th.
If teachers present a valid photo ID proving they are a teacher, home-schooler, administrator and they will receive a 25% discount.
Company officials say the yearly event allows them to show their appreciation to the people teaching our kids.
