An 18 year old man from Dennis will be the subject of a Dangerousness Hearing tomorrow on charges that he was carrying a gun without a license, among other things.
Police say Keethaim Joseph was trying to get into a hotel room in Hyannis when police spotted the gun in his waistband.
Police say that they also have evidence of Joseph firing his weapon from the balcony of the room which was near the hotel pool.
He is being held without the right to bail.
Prosecutors not releasing additional information.
