Bourne officials have sent to the state their plan for reopening schools. Officials say it is for a total remote system to begin the school year.
Officials say the first marking period will be on-line.
And, then slowly they will bring the kids back into the system based on their needs.
School will begin September 16th.
It must be approved by the state.
