Congressman William Keating is reacting to a pair of racist incidents dominating police efforts in Yarmouth.
Keating calls the incidents “shameful” and not representative of The Cape. He says that this will not stand in the way of long overdue change.
The Congressman says these types of stories is a reminder that no community is untouched.
He says that this cannot be ignored.
