The Barnstable County Commissioners are going to get an idea on police protocols and procedures.
They will hear from Wayne Sampson the Deputy Director of the Cape Cod Municipal Police Academy.
He will outline a number of the protocols that deal with transparency, mental health issues for cops and the weighing of emergency procedures versus persistent issues within a neighborhood.
