Home sales have taken a hit in the last reporting period because of the pandemic. The Warren Group says single family home sales are down nearly 14%.
But the report also says that the median price of a home is $428,000.
Suffolk and Hampden Counties took a 30% hit year over year. In Barnstable and Berkshire Counties sales went down by 20%.
Tim Warren says that the median price going up is actually good news for everyone because it shows that people still have confidence in the market.
