The owner of a popular Cape Cod Ice Cream stand is speaking out about a weekend incident in which he says people refused to social distance and harassed his staff to the point of one of them quitting.
Owner Mark Lawrence, Polar Cave Ice Cream in Mashpee says all he wants to do is make a living and his staff did not deserve being verbally assaulted over social distancing rules that he didn't make just was following.
The teen girl who was the target of the verbal assault quit, but a Go Fund Me Page set up for her college account has reached 16 thousand dollars so far.
