The April report from Register of Deeds John Meade, not surprising and a downer. Meade says sales were down last month by 24% year over year.
The median price though was up almost 6 percent. Median price is about 390 thousand dollars...25 thousand more than last year at this time.
Total sales are down about 1.5% year over year.
