Barnstable County officials are hesitant to say whether the county has seen the surge yet in Covid 19 cases.
Vaira Harik, the Deputy Director of Barnstable County Human Services telling County Commissioners that they are seeing an decrease in hospitalizations, and it has been that way for a few days now.
But they are stopping short of saying that they have seen or experienced a surge yet.
