The State Fire Marshal has ruled the cause of a fatal fire in Falmouth last month was caused by improper disposal of smoking materials.
The Crystal Spring Avenue blaze claimed the life of 82 year old Beverly Marshal. Two other residents were treated for their injuries.
150 thousand dollars worth of damage was done.
